Webcast/Livestream Viewing Issues

If you experience issues paying follow the Paywall Walkthrough Instructions.

If you experience any issue viewing the stream and do not see any notification of technical difficulties, it could be that the issue is on your end.

If so, please try one of the following quick fixes:

  • Check that you have purchased the correct stream and that it is currently live.
  • Turn off all other programs that are running on your computer.
  • Force refresh/reload your browser. Depending on your operating system, you need to use the following key combination:
    Windows: (ctrl + F5) or shift + (reload icon in the address bar)
    Apple: (Apple + R) or (command + R)
    Linux: F5
  • Log out of your session and then log back in. Log out by clicking on the lock icon on the bottom bar of the viewer and then clicking logout.
  • Log in using a different browser. Firefox and Chrome work best.
  • Clicking multiple times too rapidly can freeze the program. Be patient and allow ample time for the stream to load fully.
